  • i like these compilation things ybut i thingk the songs are playing too long i kept wanting to switch off. cos im impatient lol

  • I might consider cutting it to 30-45 seconds for future videos, but 50-60 seconds gives a better feel of song. The plus of cutting it down could be including more music for each year. Thanks for the feedback.

  • This is my first Video and I know the sound quality is poor, but future videos will have improved sound quality.

  • i was a 70's teenager so good memories and many hours of driving my parents mad with loud records and I'm still playing them loud in my 50's.

  • I'm 18, and still I know every band/singer on this list.

    The 70's will last forever!

  • I think 72 had an incredible explosion of greatest music ever! The years between 71 -73 were amzing. Foryunately I was 16 and a product of this very progressive imaginative era in music. From Progrock, Jazz, fusion, rock, blues, ballads, world, soul, funk, pop, psychedelic, I've compiled a list and know I'm making my owplaylist two Youtube of 1972. BTW one of BEST ALBUMS EVER OF ALL THE SONG FROM 1972 WAS "CLOSE TO THE EDGE by YES". FUNSION was MAHAVISHNU ORCHESTRA'S "BIRDS of FIRE".

  • nick drake is the best

  • Best music year, when music was music, todays music is like listening to a dentist drill.

  • @bearing44 I was born in '65...hardly found much in common with this list either. I was a DJ in the 80's and most of these songs were records you'd find on the "free, take them home" pile at the Radio Station.

  • @sisterangel50 Yeah Baby !!Ditto. 16 in '71 , never gonna grow tired of the '70's musik !!

  • Superb list my friend

  • born in 1962. I really don't find much in common with your compilation. Sorry I must be getting old with all due respect.

  • Hooked me with Virginia Plain. Nice set.

  • Can't believe there is nothing by Yes. Fragile, Close To The Edge, 2 seminal albums of Prog Rock.

  • ZIGGY <3
