  • well davidwolf is an author so he eats like an author a high fat diet and icheal is a runner so 80-10-10- works for him .My self i follow the 80-1010 becase itis wondrful for collegde students bannas are so cheap and lettuce also good nutrition simplicity great results no magic mushoom chaga cacao just fruit

    ive Noticed that  David Wolfe never competes in any Athletic events and there are NO videos showing wolfe exert himself using his body.

    Wolfe is out of shape and flabby and has NO experience in Athletics like Mike does , Wolfe talks alot yet has the body of a fat slob

    I hear ya, I did a rough estimate $3.00 a pound x 25 = 75.00 a day x 365= 27,375 and that is after taxes so lets say he is in the 35% tax bracket 27,375 x 1.35= $36,956 of gross wages a year. That is more than most people's mortgages which are at least an itemized deduction lol =)

  • @purewonka well, your idea of "better shape" is obviously convoluted, so i'm not even going to talk about that. Oh and why must you use derrogetory terms for those who look better than this guy?

  • @Zohaib1 - Mike is an endurance athlete, not a muscle head. He runs ultra-marathons, sometimes 50+ miles. I'm willing to bet that he is in better shape than you or anyone you know.

  • 25 pounds of fruit.... sounds like i would need to be a doctor to afford this
