first step is to conect your smartphone with the pc.

than put the cd in the pc and start the setup.

than select the mobile install.

now it starts to extracting the file on your mobile...

thats it..

make a vid of your issue, maybe we can see whats the reason.

its a win 7 or 6 phone?

Are you german? thanks for this but I have a question for everyone I have installed the cd in my computer. it works for one day and then the next time I want to use my Watchtower library it tells me to install it agian and i don't want to do that everytime I want to use it. when i want to use my parents computer it seems to do the same thing there too. Is there a way of not installing it every time?
