The weapon she uses is an ancient Terran artifact, IIRC it's called "Nova Cannon". She used it to destroy a large part of the Elder Fleet orbiting Sarum Prime, which was freeing millions of slaves there by bombarding the surface with insorum.

TV22011980 is correct, that is not a player owned ship, but a CCP controlled RP element/NPC. Check out the video of the Jamyl coronation, its pretty epic.

I wonder how such a weapon was used pre-EVE collapse. Perhaps there was a counter to it? I think it'd be interesting to find out what happend on the other side of the wormhole.

Fluffwise it was destroyed by the minmatar/Sisters of EVE/Rogue drones/blood raiders and it's destruction is what caused all the wormholes.

According to the chronicles anyway.
