  • it came out kind of hard, did i not stir it long enough at 110?

  • that can happen, but if you cover it with saran wrap, it should get quite soft and creamy overnight

  • wish it was hard as rock, but it came soft really, although i walked step by step, maybe i beat it sooner then i should?
