@TheJojoso Angle won that triple threat match they're talking about in this video and took the title from Lesnar. Lesnar was always a very possessive champion and felt betrayed when Angle took the title and gloated about it, albeit in a friendly manner. Behind the scenes Vince McMahon offered Lesnar help to get the title back, which he accepted and turned heel and turned on Angle. Later on McMahon asked Lesnar to make examples of out guys like Spanky and Gowen thus why he beat him up.

I think WWE should have put Kurt Angle & Shelton Benjamin in a team and called them the gold medal standard. Thumbs up if you think it would have been great!
