To answer your question:

I came up with something that I think will erase that line: Flips and acrobatics might not be a part of THE parkour, however, they can be a part of YOUR parkour. I use the words interchangably now: Freerunning and Parkour are really one in the same to me, no difference at all.

EVERYTHING is BOTH parkour and freerunning, however I personally put freerunning INTO parkour, rather than the other way around, because that is what came first, Belle before Foucan.
