yeah i'm 5'9 and 145, i usually do fine as long as i stay away from the props and locks - I was literally tossed into touch from 5 meters out by a prop the other day - so yeah just be a little careful

Who says you can't? You'll probably end up gaining some weight though, I'm 6'0 and 155 lbs, and that's a little too light. But being fast is good :D

we were at our best in the early 1900's but then it basically became a lost sport, except for small groups of enthusiasts in idk california? but since its been added to some college lists of sports its growing

rugby has been played in the US for almost 80 years now...however football is still the #1 contact sports....most teams in the West Coach of the USA is made up of Tongans, Samoans and Fijians with some Kiwis and Walabies.
