this is so sad and sickening t the same time. I don't live in the US (I'm from Canada) but I don't think you have to to be disgusted by this. Sophia and Austin are so amazing for trying to bring awareness and inspire people to help. I'm surprised more famous people aren't doing the same.

I can understand them want to clean and all but wat they have to understand is Louisiana is dependent on drilling and pumping oil off the cost of Louisiana. If we lost that our economy would be lost and millions if jobs gone. This is wat we depend on and also if we didn't have oil rigs our fishing wouldnt be as good also. The rigs provide bait fish to lay eggs and such and then.The bigger fish depend on the bait fish to feed and so on. So the rigs do provide good too. All we need is a safer pr

@TheSunset30 BP is a big gas company throughout America that supplies gas for the cars. If I am correct, they owned the pipe that burst in the gulf but will not allow people to come and help clean up in certain areas in hope that they can salvage the ruined oil and still sell it.

I don't really understand. Who exactly is the BP? and why are they not letting people help clean up? And Sophia said that they are trying to sell it and salvage it? What does that mean, how do they plan on selling it?? Sorry, I am just trying to understand the situation a little better before I really commit to supporting.
