Steel Fury Kharkov 1942-Supporting Infantry Attack

In game footage of myself playing the part of a Russian tank commander supporting an infantry attack on a German defensive position located around a village. You can see how difficult it must have been for early Russian tank commanders trying to get some situational awareness while commanding and gunning the tank at the same time. In early Russian tanks, there was no commanders cupola giving protection while also giving some sort of vision parameters from which to observe the enemy safely.

The footage is raw and unedited so I'm afraid there is not great editing or dress up.

I come upon several German anti-tank positions and take them out before they get me.

Thank you. Would probably be most difficult to simulate human body. Much easier to simulate machines thus you get flight sims, tank sims, naval sims etc. I've always thought ARMA 2 was pretty decent. I've heard or seen that Red Orchestra 2 is looking good.  I guess we'll see.

Great vid!!! if only they would let you play as the infantry!! (No one say flashpoint plz) they should make a game this realistic for infantry in WW2, I mean they've done flight sims, submarine sims, ship sims and now tank sims for this era. When will the time com in which we can engage the Nazis in street combat or hand to hand or maybe even take a hill? Hands up if you think they should make a game about WW2 infantry this realistic
