@97tommygun first strike rounds a "sniper" paintballs essentially. They are a paintball that has increased accuracy and distance best used for sniping.

Yes he would be able to see out of it due to the riser. When you look down a scope (or any sight). You're not going to press you're face right up against the lens. So the mask would not affect it
