  • @JeffOehlsen You'll get what you asked for when you live in a police state that you didn't even attempt to stop. Wonder how your kids will feel.

  • Blocking traffic and ignoring a cop. That guy gets what he asked for.

  • Where is the BEAT DOWN !? thumbs down,!

  • This cop needs to get shot.

  • @chriserwalk4386 Yeah but none are applicable here sweetie. Parking on the SIDE of the interstate is a minor traffic infraction which is not arrestable but to be ticketed and towed. Don't PRETEND that the reason why the cop jumped over the fence is because these 2 guys were parked on the side of the interstate. Thank God for the video or else pigs like you could swindle and spin the truth. There were no obstruction as none of them interfered with the investigation of the accident.

  • @jwang604 You certainly CAN be arrested for violating traffic law. For example, DUI, Reckless Driving, Aggressive Driving, Driving While Suspended, Driving While Unlicensed, etc. etc. are all arrestable offenses (should I go on?). Anyways, he parked a motor vehicle on an interstate. He is required to move the vehicle. If he doesn't move the moment he's instructed to move the vehicle then it's obstruction. Keep pretending that you know more about law than someone that works in the judicial system

  • @chriserwalk4386 Parking on a public roadway is a TRAFFIC INFRACTION, you can't arrest someone for that. Just like you don't arrest someone for parking on a FIRE LANE. "Not moving when instructed" is not Obstruction, Obstruction is where one interferes with the work of police. He did not interfere with the Work of investigating the accident by the police when he's like 20 meters away from the scene of the accident. Last but not least, it's a public space, he can film anything in a public space.

  • @jwang604 I can name several laws that the reporter "broke." For one, he's parked on a public roadway. Impeding the flow of traffic, Obstruction (not moving when instructed), etc. The Fourth Amendment doesn't permit you to film anywhere at anytime. Jeez, learn your actual rights because it's ignorance such as this that becomes embarrassing. Again, the reporter CAN NOT park on a public roadway to film an accident. I don't care if others are doing it.

  • this cop is way outta hand !

  • bubbaroy shut the fuck up !
