In Gods eyes we are al beutiful no matter what we look like or wear. God doesn't judge by our appearance so why should you. I know two guys at my school who have earrings, so it's not that common. If you've taken a look at this world recently you'd realize that no one is the same. For someone who has an amazing voice and a talent of lyrics that praise the Lord, an earring is no match for judgment. Your 55 word suggestion is a small match up to praise that jeremy camp sings. Ah if I remember correctly, didn't Jesus come down to Earth in the form of a man to blend it and be among us? He didn't look different from the rest of the world. He was a common carpenter. So don't say Jeremy Camp should try and make himself look different from the rest of us in order to get his message out. Jesus knew as I know, that its the message that is important, not the way a person looks.

I think you misread my comment. I know what Leviticus 19:28 says. Question, if you are a man, do you cut the side of your hair or trim the the edges of your beard? If you do, you are breaking verse 27 of the same chapter. We are to avoid being legalistic. I wish to take Paul's view of this in Romans 14-15:5.

@djking2d the bible says not to mark your body with images / names of the deceased but it is meaning like ' in loving memory ' or 'RIP ' type tattoos. if you got a name of a person just there name it would be as if they are still here.

God loves you for who you are, you don't have to do anything to impress anyone. he loves you the way you decide to look for YOURSELF, not for anyone else
