I have the same problem with this palette. I just put a tissue underneath my eye to catch any fallout, then use a q-tip to gently wipe away anything that creeps through at the edge.

Do your eye make up first and then apply foundation/concealer after. Or dab a loose powder under your eyes so you can just sweep it off after you're done. And pat, don't sweep the shadow.
