  • Now just imagine how awesome this would have sounded if AoS would have been on a non-handheld.

Ah Konami..you tease us with these portable games and their halfway potential for good audio.

Don't get me wrong, I love this song..but the GBA (Or even NDS) audio isn't enough for Michiru Yamane to show her awesome skill.

  • I'm walking through castlevania's corridors, and i have a Crissaegrim (H)

  • el juego mas chido qe alla jugado en mi vida viva castlevania aria of sorrow

  • There's just something about playing Castlevania on a portable system that has it's own special appeal. Maybe it's the sophisticated, classy, and lovingly 'tinny' sound bytes caressing my ears... I just can't quite put my whip on it.

  • @Brandon5l9 Why doesn't PC have many good exclusives? Its because most companies care more about the bigger market on console. However, PC has exclusive types of games. Ever seen a good RTS on console? Handhelds are nice because you can take them places, but I agree that they arn't nearly as powerful as a PC or console.

  • Exclusives, maybe? I own all 3 "main" consoles and a PC that was top of the line in 2009.It runs the first Crysis maxed out and thats good enough for me. PC does not have many good exclusive games, IMO(I dont like MMOs). Also hacking/cheating is seen way more in PC games. Hand helds are shit and unless emulated,(which is far better then the real thing aside from the 3DS) have to be played with awkward "controllers" and the smallest screen known to man. Castlevania is worthy of the big screen.

  • @Brandon5l9 Screw consoles, handhelds are the only other good system. Why buy a console when I have a more powerful PC?

  • @MiDSinister I agree. These Metroidvanias should all be for XBLA and PSN. Screw handhelds.

  • I hated this area so much (because of the pain of making your way up with all the flying medusa heads) however spent as much time as possible in it because of the music.
