Lee i'v been trying to get you to answer my question for a while so sorry but this will be posted on lots of your vids :)....I'm doing the 12 week routine outlined in the blast your bench. Can I do lots of cardio afterwards like an hour or should i turn the 5 minute warm up into an hour of cardio...or even do 30 before and 45 minutes after the workout?????

Thanks for the feedback guys, yes I totally agree my arms and shoulders have always lagged behind my other bodyparts.
