@xoxak888 Who said the local police would hand over illegals to ICE? What makes you think ICE will be around or Home Land Security once Newt is elected? If you give the states the authority to arrest and deport illegals, then there is no need for ICE who chooses and picks which illegals they want to deport. Newt isn't going to give amnesty to anyone. Wait until all those illegals get caught with slolen SSN numbers and ID's that got their jobs with. That is a class four felony ID fraud.

So it is OK for States to enforce the law on illegal aliens. What's next? States will pass those illegal aliens found to ICE. Gingrich is prepared to provide illegal aliens who has been in US long with strong community tie with path to citizenship. Then, what's the use of States' enforcing the immigration law? All they can do is to pass those arrested to ICE and Gingrich's community panel will give amnesty .

And it's very bad at reporting the news. In other words: Propaganda? Yes. News? Not so much
What's stunning is how many different areas of the news and public policy Fox viewers are misinformed
