Cincinnati has an important role in the history of Planning. In 1925, Cincinnati was the first City in the nation to have a Comprehensive Plan adopted by City Council. Cincinnati was the first City to have a Comprehensive Plan recognized by the decision makers to be the Citys official guide for development. We have only had two plans since: in 1948 and in 1980. This video talks about the upcoming Comprehensive Plan of the City of Cincinnati - Plan Cincinnati
I was born and raised in Cincinnati. The history and green space is important to us here! We need a LOT of green space and less development of our scarce farm lands.

@thumpo A lack of planning is the reason so many U.S. urban areas are in such poor condition. Cities like Detroit, Cleveland, and St. Chicago have learned, or are currently learning that investing in planning helps relieve hundreds of millions of dollars of clean up later.

Pretty good video. You should have gotten at least one community leader from the west or north end of the city. Everyone you featured was from the east side as so often happens in Cincinnati.

What a waste of taxpayer dollars! Poor direct mail postcard design, web site is dismal / confusing and video comes across as being so fake... sad! Lets spend $500K for a plan - joy.
