Joe Bonamassa is by far the best guitarist now.he ranks up with the best of the best,and has played with the ones that are living today.
He will be around for a longtime as one of the greatest that ever was and will ever be.

This is the stage where Hendrix lit his guitar on fire in 1967. During this performance in 2008, Joe paid homage to Hendrix when he first got on stage by running over and jumping on the burned spot and saying "there's nothing more intimidating for a young guitarist than this. On the stage here it says 'Hendrix'. Forty one years ago Jimi broke onto the scene on this stage right here. I just watched the DVD. That is a very tough act to follow." Joe is VERY aware of what he owes to Hendrix.
