Botu ftw, haha.
-
the handgun is the sigma pistol from carlos in hard mode^^
-
BOTU is obviously the way they wanted to call the beta items .
Beta-Botu
But since it's the final version of the game it's useless to have 'em or use 'em they just put that text as ''non message'' as an easter egg or probably a secret , and have you used the control like infront of a panel or something?...
-
"There is a fire hydrant.
If I had a BOTU, I might be able to extinguish the fire over there."
-
BOTU FTW

They wanted to make this game even harder, that remote control from pharmacy. Looks great wish that was real

Why didn't you use the combined hose you made earlier in the video?
-
BOTU!!!!
-
The "non message" thingie is because they not inplemented the fire extinguish animation, or...?
-
Haha items is fake NON MESSAGE! :P

@coincui Research. No, I don't have any RE3 beta. You can find more about it over Project Umbrella.
-
@RidleyWHayes how do you know that ? you got the beta game ?
-
@coincui The first part of the Fire Hose was located on the emergency stairs' red box -you get the Uptown map in the low level here- but whenever you tried to get the item the stair would go up making impossible to go down again. The puzzle consisted on replacing the Fire Hose with the Chain due to their similar weight, so the stair went down again and you could continue the game. On retail, two green herbs were placed on the upper level, so the player wouldn't ask why go up and find nothing.
See? This is why I love devices like the Game Shark! Some people get all "I hate GameShark! I'm not a cheater!" but that is only a part of it's usefulness, I love using them to open or unlock beta items, unused levels or even extra characters etc. I like having access to everything in the game whether or not it is mean tot be seen!

@MaximumRD I agree with you there, I love hacking devices, not to ruin what others have worked for but rather; Sparkle the game more. It's always interesting to see what they've been thinking of but left at unknown. ^^
