A what? a Nissan, no that that is a '70's bronco small sized before they had the full truck size, it has a destinctive sound to the Ford 289 engine. I've seen the same video your talkin about, same as my video it's called 'Nissan Patrol', not sure why cause it's about a '77 Ford Bronco, go look at some early model broncos, they had a three speed manual transmission, you shifted it on the steering column(3-on-the-tree)they called it, fun to drive, we had a '77.
