Sounds like you need to to learn how to snatch the weight up in a LINEAR rather than a circular path to dampen/minimize the impact on the wrist. The motion/path is like zipping up a jacket, keeping the KB close to your body as you lean backwards and away rather than your arm moving in a large arc to an overhead lockout.
Hi jovenmedia,
Sounds like you need to to learn how to snatch the weight up in a LINEAR rather than a circular path to dampen/minimize the impact on the wrist. The motion/path is like zipping up a jacket, keeping the KB close to your body as you lean backwards and away rather than your arm moving in a large arc to an overhead lockout.
Hope this helps.
