Hey Can you please post the chords following thru..A, and what ??next..
-
had to laugh... youre using a capo... its an "A form" not an A chord.. where you have it, you're playing a D....remember, using a capo changes the names of the chords...
-
Yeah like other people say, the first chord is A minor

Wow... apparently I can't spell correction* lol. Also, I just watched the video you were referring to, it is really cool. He is playing the Asus2, leaving the B string open.
Sorry, the only reason I brought it up is because a student of mine is wanting to learn this song, and he showed me your video. I think that it is cool that you took time to do this.

Thanks for the video man, though one little correctoin, it is actually and Am7 chord. You could also do an Asus2 (just leave the b string open). But it is definitely not an A.
-
just hammer on the D string 2nd fret for the Am chord. then hammer on the A string 3rd fret for the C chord. then play a full G chord to finish the intro. watch his acoustic video of walk by faith or watch the Live Unplugged dvd he does this in both. but still a nice video man keep giving God the glory. God bless you guys.

the chord at 2:14 is a D(sus)/F#. i usually use my thumb for the F#.

It's hard to hear what chords you said in the video? Would you be able to leave a comment saying what they are? Thanks!

intro is- A, middle finger 2nd fret 2 string and the rest open, and then G. but in the video i don't say the chords really i just tell you where to put your fingers. For the most part the chords I think are A, G, Em, D and some other chord that I'm not quite sure what its called, but I show you in the vid. hope that helps a little
