The Villa is a rare and atypical 210 square meters appartment situated in an old monk's cloister dating from the 18th century, just 2 steps away from both the Pantheon and the famous polytechnic school.
The villa has undergone a complete transformation over a renovation period of 3 years.
Expert craftsmen have succeeded in bringing to life this exceptional villa by creating a subtle marriage of modernism and history .
All furniture has been made to measure using the highest quality materials and expertise.

Nested in the historical section of the left bank right by the latin quarter
and just footsteps away from the Panthéon, Notre Dame and the Seine

Charming Paris is full of unsuspected magical
places ; places you can see through an open porch
or through a gate if you're lucky. That's how it is in
the Montagne Sainte Geneviève where you might be
lucky enough to discover the "jewel" known as the
Villa Diamant.
Once you've passed the gates, you go through an ally
surrounded by vegetation and will be surprised by a
sudden whisp of oxygen. As street noises fade away,
you can see the villa with its glass roof and windows,
the "diamond" where the villa gets its name.
Put in the key, go through the double door with
your access pass, and here you are in the heart of an
atypical living space where modern day comfort runs
along side history without denaturating it. You'll be
walking in the footsteps of the history of a thirteenth
century cloister with its bare walls, reminding the
visitor how history is alive.

In this 210 square meter volume, space and calm are the key words. Designed in the syle of a loft with all rooms communicating with a central living room, its enormous glass walls and ceilings bathe the room
in light thus allowing you to measure this fabulous feeling of space.
Everything here has been built with noble materials such as precious wood as well as with state of the art technologies using concrete or resin. A perfect match between ancient ruins and modern dayelements. These two styles give a sense of coziness and freshness as you gaze at the outside greenery through the glass walls.

A large office with modern design and a seperate for
discretion entrance awaits you.
In the evening, relax on the large sofa and greet your
friends around an « apéritif » to watch the sunset.
Then have diner under the Murano ceiling light for
a paresian meal.
