I thought Portantino said that we don't need a gun to go out, well in Seal Beach a criminal shot 8 people dead, so where are the Police you ask, and well police are not responsible for your safety. portantino needs to be trailed for treason then executed on the spot for violating the second amendment and bringing this state closer towards becoming a dictatorship. This is treason in BROAD DAYLIGHT. I need to get the fuck out of this shit stain of a state. No offense to the terrain it is really beautiful. But the land is contaminated with liberal filth to where shit moves backwards in logic.

@LeonardMichaelis Well that is what police are for, fining people and making money for the county, if a police officer is not writing tickets they are not doing their job. The police are not legally responsible for your safety, or the State of California not to mention Portantino who wrote the bill to take you Constitutional rights away.

at 2:58 he mentions that people carrying open-unloaded are not properly trained to run their guns. I totally oppose that statement. I many times experienced the fact that I was way better trained than a police office in regards to how I handle and fire my gun.

AB 357? Can we become a shall issue state? CCW permits require fairly extensive gun training, further background checks, and basically bypasses every reason why AB 144 was passed.

All 40 "Shall issue" states have no negative reports or repeals to CCW permits among citizens and actually have decreased crime rates by numbers of 5-8 percent +.

With no open-carry of handguns. California must reconsider to become a "Shall Issue" state.
