Audi have won the World Rally championship. Audi have won the DTM championship. And Audi have dominated the Le Mans 24 hour race for the past 10 years. Surely the next challenge for them has to be F1? Id love to see it happen.

You guys do realize that Audi's are just rebadged Volkswagens, right?.
-
@PenileWarfare Which is a good thing because they'll put their front grill on the F1 car which means it'll be slower ;)h
-
@PenileWarfare what? again?

lol dont have to be a genious to tell this is fake , I mean the title already says it, "POSSIBLE", then how the hell there's a car arleady, and even sponsors already on it

I was gonna say when i saw the first picture, that is an old front wing design. The sign in the end wasn't necessary;P

@Kimisrcn more like Audi has spent all of its allowance on other weekend sports and mommy Volkswagen isn't willing to pay for more!! If Audi were to enter F1 who do you think will do the development? Audi says they developed TDI but they are all Volkswagen engineers!! Audi makes shells of cars Volkswagen does all the parts testing, development!! They are essentially Volkswagens Bitch!!
I know Isuzu wanted to at least build an engine in the early 90's. I have no idea how the fuck they planned on doing that as their strength is diesel engines made for trucks and pick-ups. Subaru built engines too but they were big, heavy and full of vibrations as they tried the flat-12 route. One team, forgot who they were, tested them but it was a disaster, blowing up early in a test session.

@DVGTS1 Subaru bought a 51% stake in Coloni. Began designing the engine in 1988, completed in 1989. Coloni Subaru was born and the engine was only producing 500 bhp in 1990, the weakest on the grid. Coloni never competed in a single Grand prix during the season, with it's C3B being 300 pounds overweight and eventually replaced by a Cosworth powered C3C. Lamborghini built engines between 1989 and 1994 if I remeber correctly.

@DVGTS1 It was the engine. Lamborghini hired Mauro Forghieri who designed a 3.5 V12. Between 1989 and 1993 Lamborghini suplied engines to Ligier, Minardi & Lotus among others. In 1993 Ayrton Senna tested the same engine in his Mclaren. The engine was re-named as a Chrysler engine (Chrysler were Lamborgini's parent company at the time) Rumour has it that Senna was impressed with the engine's power, but Mclaren chose to use Peugeot engines for 1994 and Ayrton left to drive for Williams.
