Orly has yet to provide any proof whatsoever to back her claims. Amazes me how dense the Birther Movement is. These braindead dochebags have no grasp on reality whatsoever. Again, not part of the legal canon...you get the drift. As much as it seems that the Founders had to have known of de Vatel's work, they never clarified that it was his definition of the term 'Natural Born Citizen' that they were using. It was never put into law. Obama is not the first President to have a parent who was not a citizen of the US. He is eligible to be President regardless of his father being a Kenyan.

It is alleged that he has for years been using the Social Security number of a deceased man born in 1890.
He's not a natural born citizen of the USA and can't prove that he is. If he could he wouldn't conceal his vital records.

Stop the ridiculous nonsense. It doesn't matter who Mrs. Taitz might want to replace an usuper with, the relevant point is whether or not this man is legit, per Art. II, Sec. I of the U.S. Constitution. It's real simple to grok, man.
