if a verb is regular, you take the word stem/the root (e.g. "mach-" from "machä")
to conjugate it, you add the following:

ich -(ä)
du -sch
er/sie/es -t
mir/ihr/sie -ät

Personal pronouns:
ich -- I
du -- you
er/sie/es -- he/she/it
mier [mir] -- we
iehr [ihr] -- you
sie -- they

Verbs:

-sii (to be)
bin
bisch
isch
sind (3x)

-ha (to have)
ha[n]
häsch
hät
händ (3x)

-gah (to go)
gah(n)
gahsch
gaht
gönd (3x)

-machä (to make/to do)
mach[ä]
machsch
macht
machät (3x)

-lachä (to laugh)
try to conjugate that on your own and post it in the comments 

-läsä (to read)
lis
lisisch
list
läsät (3x)

-werdä (to become/get, or future form like "will")
wird
wirsch
wird (pronounced like wirT, however, since the main form has a D in it, you write it with a D (wird) at the end instead of (wirt). 
werdät (3x)

Present Continuous:
ich bin am machä -- I am doing
ich bin am chochä -- I am cooking
ich bin am schlafä -- I am sleeping etc.

try to conjugate „schlafä" and post it in the comments :)

ich hoffä (i hope) eu gaht's allnä hammer (you're all doing great) und wünsche eu (and i wish you all) es guets Neus! (a happy new year!) :D
