got an 86 N/A fc a little ago..other than some blown shocks and f'd up shifter bushings no real complaints. just gotta get used to the whole RWD thing coming from a FWD car lol
not hard to find parts because mazda still make brand new 13B motors, so u can buy a brand new engine for a 20 year old car. you will find any performance car will need to have major work every 100k's rotors have a real bad rep but my car has been sweet for 5 years and no real problems
rotary motors need to be rebuilt every 100,000 km to 180,000 and finding parts isn't hard its finding a mechanic that knows what his doing but rotary's are a great car in my eyes and well worth a little cost and effort
I was going to buy a Mazda rx7 1991 tuned rotary turbo. around 60k on the engine it is FC but every one is saying DON'T get a rotary.. something about them breaking down at 100k or hard to find parts etc. I love the car though.. but if its going to wear out so fast why bother getting it?? I'm still trying to decide on it.

@dvote1914 theyre not that hard to work on. A whole 3 moving parts. Rest is just seals and getting them set right.
