Despite it being bullshit, it's the perfect way for them to prosecute, and then the ACLU to fix it permanently. What enrages us the most is that if you are "fighting for your country" then you can't have the same rights as a straight person, but by all means, you should die for "glory".

I personally had known numerous Homosexual individuals who served in the military.They were so devoted to their job that they feared and I mean FEARED any one finding out that they were homosexual.

but the point is, not everyone is like that. Regardless of what you think, people aren't going to just up and start leaving their wives and families to go have same sex intercourse if gay marriage is legalize. People aren't going to stop having babies and this hypothetical scenario you dreamed up is just that because there is no such thing as going from being homosexual to being heterosexual and vice versa.

and where is the logic in comparing a homosexual(someone attracted to another of the same sex of the same general age range-typically the normal 5 year maximum age difference-) to a pedophile (someone attracted to another far younger than they are)?

There is no logic.

Look up the definitions and do some studying on actual case studies of pedos in prison. You'll see a huge difference.

Julaine Appling is the embodyment of a real life BITCH. The fact that she would call on the state to enforce such a law is ludacris. You get married to your partner and than jailed? I can't wait to see that sodomy law get struck down

Prison? I though we got rid of this when we got rid of those "hunts" in the US military where anyone they suspsected was gay, and anyone close to them, were put in jail...

Jail is what those people are dreaming about. Make them do some hard work instead of let them have "fun" with each other in jail. And no, I do not tolerate them. There is no one like that living arround. Not a single one. Society will soon realize how dangerous is to give those people any space. What if all the people was like that? How long humanity can survive if they are all like you. I do not care if it's your choice or the only way how you can get attention - livnig like that is just wrong.
