Most commonly asked questions:
1. Drugs: Custom content made specifically for the video by a friend and not distributed publicly. (meaning it's not available for others to download)
2. Blood: Mod/hack from www.modthesims2.com
3. Shower scene: used sim extras to shower with their hygiene kept low (boolproptestingcheatsenabled true) and used moveobjects on cheat to move them out of the scene.
4. Push down the stairs: Arguing sims + shove + boolproptestingcheatsenabled to make the female pass out from fatigue + careful editing
5. Fighting husband and wife: Wife - fire animation, husband boxing animation (punching bag hidden off camera)
6. Hairstyles and clothes: heck if I know anymore, been forever since I downloaded that stuff and never kept track of where I grabbed things from
7. Gun: Mod/hack found at www.modthesims2.com
8. Death animation: I think it was done by a modder named Squinge if I remember correctly. Again it's been a long time since I have even looked at mod/custom content site so have no idea if it is still available or has been updated through all the patches.
I used homecrafter to export the wallpaper and add the blood splatter.
9. Sims2 versions used: base game, Uni, NL, OFB, GL and Pets.
