  • Fantastic material! It appears that some closed door teachings are being demonstrated to the public. Apparently, I haven't been "doing it wrong" all these years. LOL

  • This is a lot different than a lot of Bagua I've seen. I like the directness and expression of power. A fantastic presentation.

  • @dpthinker I like that, these guys are SCARY, and I like that. ive been training nei gung very intensly for 1.5 years now after studying it and circle walking for 5. I started working on the basic exercises in this series back in Dec because of the intesity of intent and focus this vid has. Let there be no mistake, from a practiced perspective this is the real deal! The fa Jin demenstrated here is quality not seen very often. I cant wait to begin picking this apart and adding it to my training.

  • These guys are scary. And I really mean that.

  • I forgot to mention in my comment below that this chap looks superb.

  • There appears to be a lot of Hsing Yi influence in this particular style and this is not unusual. As for the circling, you should be mentally and physically exhausted after it, even if it does look "lazy"

Bear in mind that well over 90% of the Pa Kua you see on YouTube is drivel.

  • think you missed the point there, I said that many of the videos online show lazy circle walking - this guy doesn't look lazy he has some focus. Maybe he's doing it right...

  • after almost twenty years as a martial artist, circle walking is some of the hardest practice i have had to do. to do it right is far from lazy, once you incorporate body mechanics, intent, breathing and focus its arduous and the benifits have proved to outshine all other forms i've practiced. its worth looking into if your a MA. :)

  • I don't know much about bagua but I know that much of the videos show circle walking which looks lazy, this guys seems to have a directness and purpose in his steps. I can't comment on the quality or validity but it definately looks nice to me.

  • 老人家的八卦掌很有龙形的味道...身手敏捷,出招刚猛有力并不僵硬,确实是高手!!!
