In part 3 of my 20 minute interview with actress Jasmine Guy, she talks about director Kenny Leon, watching some of her past work, Spike Lee and 'School Daze." Created on February 24, 2009 using FlipShare.
@travis082185 then don't be an actor. To find a director that doesn't curses is like finding a man that doesn't have kids. Not all directors curse like him but they may curse.
i am an aspiring actor and a pentecostal christian and i wouldn't want to work with a director who curses. this is in reference to jasmine saying kenny leon curses while directing
I'm from the north (Michigan) ¬ to many northern blacks grew up informed about southern culture. We've developed our own, many made more money working a factory job than they would've if they went to college. Cotillions aren't big here either. More privileged blacks are into traditional southern culture. However much has changed now I love Jasmine Guy (Try Me! ) She was never properly recognized for her talents & her decency in the public eye. I'll make sure my children know about her.
i love when someone trys to act more mature than me, I think its such a turn on, say jasmine why dont we have a serious conversation contest and see who laughs first. guess what the winner gets ?
Thanks for putting the videos up. I'm 23 and I like A Different World (I didn't get the show when I was a kid) and I think Jasmine Guy is great because she cares about the ATL area.
I love Jasmine Guy. I was always intimidated about the fact that her real voice was so much deeper than whitley's voice.
