  • It was obvious they'd altered this, but I hadn't guessed the reason was because of the song. I just saw a different Sparky cartoon on Totally Tooned In called "Attack of the Giant Puppy," which must have featured another licensed song because there's another really glaring example of overdubbing in that one as well. It's even more noticeable because Sparky's voice actor changes halfway through. It's not like these are the greatest cartoons, but they could have done a better job.

  • 0:21 into the film, and already, I want to throw up. :P

  • Shirley Temple never owned the rights to the song!

  • Good thing Shirley Temple, the original Animal Crackers singer, didn't sue Columbia or something.

  • Nabisco made the Barnum's Animal Crackers.

  • To bad Nabisco didn't sponsor this "Animal Cracker Circus" cartoon short.

  • GOD! I hate it when they pull that crap at the last moment due to whatever legal reason they can give.

  • Wow! There's some MAJOR overdubbing here to eliminate the use of the song "Animal Crackers In My Soup," as was originally the running theme tune under the first three minutes of action.
