Una lástima que Bruce murió antes de conocer el Jiujitsu brasileño, sino su sistema hubiera sido mucho más enriquecido en lo que se refiere al grappling y las técnicas cuerpo a cuerpo.

i'm not to keen on a lot of the techniques in these videos (vertical punching, overly-relaxed guard etc) but i love these self-defence ones. i once learned jujitsu and had to do a lot of 'defence from grab, strangle etc' and virtually all the moves were too slow and too complicated to pull of in real. the techniques here however are easy to remember and pull off in a real engagement :)
