  • @GUMMYBEAYUH Quick lesson in firefighting...we always approach the fire from the unburned side hence the line goes in from the front to back. Fire in this case was seated towards the rear of this structure on floor number one. Second, NEVER, NEVER put water from outside in unless we have deemed the structure is a total loss and we have removed all the firefighters/occupants from the burning structure. Is this answer your question?

  • Also I saw someone's comment the truck did try to help they opened up on ventilation ass soon as they got there from the front the flash occurred after tht the crew from e422 got trapped becuz the flash was behind them and fire cut off the front they had to run threw the fire on side A to safety no one was hurt or transported to the hospital

  • I used to volunteer at 22 thank god no one on b shift got hurt at tht call knew all the guys who were inside thank god their ok

  • I'm inexperienced on this matter, so please excuse the question, but how come there wasn't any water being put through the side and rear windows until much later on? Also, why weren't they attacking the ground-level front fire with another hose from the outside? Thanks for the job that you guys do, I'm glad you're keeping us safe.

  • That's a good question. There's another video on here that shows the flashover that occurs that injures the 3 firefighters.I'll post the link as soon as I find it.I also think the reason they didn't stick the roof because they were told there was mutiple people trapped.
