Awesome!! I've been Lucky enough to know a lot of Entertainers. Most are "Legend, Superstars etc.." now. 6 of them really were wonderful to me. Frank Sinatra, Cher, Loretta, Dolly, Bette Midler, and Liza Minnelli. I was, and still "The Kid" I was Young back then:) Out of all of them Loretta stood out. It was as if I had known her my whole life. She was just a sweet LADY. Even through hard times, and Illness She was still Loretta, Always making sure I was alright. She is ONE OF A KIND:)

I have had the honor and pleasure of seeing her in concert seven times and meeting her in person! What a wonderful person she is! So down to earth! One of the nicest people ever in country music! GREAT tribute to THE Coal Miner's Daughter, Miss. Loretta. Lynn!! (My favorite female country singer EVER!!)

She really is the Queen of Country music. I admire her, she came from very humble beginnings and with talent and determination and sheer guts - assisted by a supportive husband she made it to the top. She deserves every Award she has received ~ I feel that too many people today look for "instant success" with tv shows like American Idol and such - and even the Winners don't all make it - because, the public HAS to relate to and love you. The public LOVES Loretta Lynn.

@johnjstage I would love to see her but it's looking less likely as I'm in Scotland & getting there is so far out of my reach at the moment. she doesn't seem keen on retiring yet though so you never know :-)
