from Hugo's suicide and many other attacks/suicide cetaceans commit around the world that doesn't happen in the ocean, it is clear that captivity brought them stress...they should not be confined for our amusement :'[

What an evil place. Lolita the Killer whale can touch the bottom of her tiny tank with her head out of the water. 40 years she's been there now, alone as her tank mate Hugo committed Suicide by smashing his head again the tank walls. This tank is in fact illegal by APHIS standards, and is way too small. The dolphins have almost twice the amount of space of Lolita. And those manatees, don't they look lively, covered in slime and floating. They could be dead, and the park probably wouldn't notice

I was there as a kid back in 1964. One of the big attractions was an albino dolphin I think they named Snowflake or something like that. Remember getting a dolphin statue made from wax. The good old days.

Miami seaquarium, where you can see an Orca taken from her family. Forced to live without other Orcas, in the tiniest pool which does not meet any standards, who would go there, let her go to a seapen Mr Hertz. Let her go before she dies. Dont be so greedy. She is intelligent and needs to speak to another orca, to have some dignity. She is not a clown. Let her go the world is watching you.
