WABC: Tappy Phillips Says Goodbye to Eyewitness News

For over 20 years, Tappy Phillips has been a reporter for Ch. 7. She started in 1985. In 1996, she became the investigative reporter, and thats when "7 On Your Side" evolved. She has helped a lot of people in NYC. Now, she's retiring and here, she says her goodbye to "Eyewitness News at 5" for the last time.
