@fortytipper Actually I was born ans raised in the inner city of Chicago, IL but my grandfather took me out and exposed me to the outdoors outside the city life. It was destiny from there, now I'm making videos from all the knowledge I learned/and learning in the 14 years I've been hunting all for you guys.

it average about 40-75 lbs(all meat de-boned) depending on how particular you are about your processing. I do all my own processing, I've put videos up on that check them out.

This is NOT a good how-to video on dressing a deer!
Knife edge is always up, the hair is extremely abrasive on your edge (due to dirt caught in it). Always cut around the anus and pull it through, splitting the tissue all the way to it.
If it isnt a buck that you are going to mount, you can split the ribcage up to the neck with a knife. Cut the cartilage next to the sternum. Grab the esophagus and pull down, cutting the diaphram and work your way towards the butt.

@countrygirltothet hey i watched this like 15 times and he meant the stomach protection layer not the actual stomach i highly doubt he meant the stomach. think bout it he was concentrating on what he was doing and trying to find the words to describe what he was doing at the same time! its not like hes a master just yet!
