I'm just seeing your comment about dry lips. I have chronically dry lips. This is what helps me. I take a battery powered toothbrush with a little toothpaste on it (usually after I've brushed my teeth) and rub it all over my lips to get the blood flow going. I think the mint in the paste helps. Then I use Moisture therapy lip balm from Avon. This is the only balm that doesn't coat my lips in wax or make them worse. Hope this helps : )
