what do you do to warmup before you scream?

mybad for the late reply..i usually just drink room temperature water, and sing the song in a low pitch voice..sing it as if you would talk it..and for the screaming, i usually just do one long scream to kinda just see how my voice is..once i hear a crackle when i talk i kinda just wait for a good 20 minutes and then go for it..
