  • Brilliant. :)

  • I have a question. I went to see the St.John's Passion a couple of years ago ataged in the Chatelet by Robert Wilson. Why does it look identical? Costumes, posture, everything. Apart from that Kozena is amazing and I would love to see her live in concert.

  • Your comment made me lol so hard, jesus christ you made my day.

  • The aria that begins on minute 3:33 is gorgeous and Magdalena Kozena sings it very beautifully. She is one of my favorite mezzos.

  • You're the one making the wonderful impression on everyone else with your "intelligent" comments, not me. Don't take out the fact that you don't have the cranial capacity to enjoy art on me.

  • Nice to know that you have such valuable input to provide us with. I am sure we are all grateful for your vast knowledge on the matter. Oh, wait. I'm sorry, you probably don't understand sarcasm. My apologies.

  • On the other hand its very amusing from an ironic standpoint.

  • Oh, I have an idea; fuck off. The arts don't need ignorant morons like you at all near them.

  • very beautiful choreographic concept for Magdalena that Im afraid she didnt incorporate into herself, she seems strange to what she does, even awkward at points... overall though very well done, but magdalena must "feel" every momevent she does otherwise she shouldnt do it at all. Is this a newborn Diva or just a child pretending to be one ? very good singing ofc

  • I love the way the Monteverdi Choir can adjust its performance style as easily as they adjust their language. Give it the EBS and you have beautiful vibrato-less lightness, give it the ORR and you have it sounding like Gounod. They are so brilliant.
