@rob251149 of course its faked, don't be so silly. Do you think the reviewers watched that part and said "oh well we'll just assume its fake." no, they check up on how the filmmakers did it. Silly person :P

Is anyone else really disturbed by what happens at 3.42? I hope cutting his arm with a knife was somehow faked because otherwise encouraging this in front of a camera is child abuse.
