Yes. But they were trying to keep the war between Hitler and Stalin, so they would "bleed each other white." But Britain and France were not prepared for a war against Germany. They were hoping Germany and the Soviet Union would have destroyed themselves before they actually got involved.

Just for one more clarification and then I won't trouble you anymore. You are stating that France and the United Kingdom were already at war before the Soviet and Germans invaded poland when Stalin and Hitler signed the non aggression pact?

No, they were in war already, but they weren't prepared for Hitler to invade them. They thought the war was going to happen in the East. Stalin and Hitler would "bleed each other white." And then the French and the British would pick it up. Britain and France were at war, but they didn't think Hitler would suddenly turn his attention to them the way he did. Jacques Pauwels has a interesting book on the topic.

Representative Kucinich, if you're still taking advice on technical matters relating to your videos, you might want to invest in some sort of clip-on microphone for your videos. When the cameraperson moves away from you it gets harder to hear your voice.
