@southernbrooklyngal The million-dollar question is why does an average criminal today who is released from jail have difficulty getting a minimum wage job while Bill Ayers, a bomber and terrorist, can become a distinguished professor at an American university. Completely asinine.

Dr. Martin Luther King had courage. He led a peaceful revolution in the face of real terror and imminent death. He never hurt anyone. Dignity and THE CONTENT OF HIS CHARACTER won.
These W.U. megalomaniacs were high on acid and speed and killed people. The best they could do was to rob banks, blow up buildings and people and run like scaredy-cats. I have absolutely no respect for them whatsoever. None.

@hairbandfan1967 because hes an intelligent criminal, it takes drive and intelligence to learn how to make bombs and plan terrorist attacks, any moron can rob a convenience store, not a coincidence that morons cant find jobs and people with intelligence and drive can

@hairbandfan1967You're absolutely correct! A million dollars is way too low for this question. You just hit the nail on the proverbial head. Ayers and Dorhn have been embraced by the present far left of the Democratic Party which sadly includes the highest levels of the Obama administration. What we have here is a prime example of the upper class getting away with things the common working man wouldn't. I thought Socialism was pro working man. These two are frauds and the press ignores it

@13stevejohnson ...and you still have not refuted the fact that he had done so by killing people. Additionally, you are reacting like a typical liberal, i.e. when faced with logic that you cannot refute, you resort to ad hominem attacks.
-
@hairbandfan1967 yeah, he was reacting towards tyrannical oppression, imperialism and racism. fuck off you right wing retard!
-
@13stevejohnson ...and Ayers sought to do this by murdering more people with his bombs. Really great logic there.
-
@hairbandfan1967 maybe because ayers was on the side of stopping a govt that was murdering millions of innocent people.
-
@hairbandfan1967 Where do you find these thing? Of course a revolutionary should take advantage of every perk the system gives them and try to use them against the system itself, without having to explain themselves to the system's apologists.
There is also the possibilty that someone changes their views.(I don't know if that is true about ayers, I don't really know stuff about him).
-
@drizztf88 It is called being an opportunist. If Ayers was a true believer in his cause, he would not take advantage of the perks that the system he opposes, gives him. He is being untrue to his purported ideology and that makes him a textbook hypocrite.
-
I don't get it. If someone, in some point of their life, benefit fom the system, they have no reason to oppose it? That is certainly not true.
I removed the last statement because although I strongly believe in a vibrant and active marketplace of ideas (regardless of whether I agree with them or not) - when one's only retort is simple minded vulgarity not only are there no longer ideas present in the discussion but there is a need to step in a remind everyone of the value for some civility and if one wishes to just spout such item they are free to do it somewhere else. I did not ban the user so he can rejoin the debate with civility
