I got my Nov. box yesterday, smh. I also got the same stuff you got, but I didn't like it. Oh and this was my first box

I am at Awe that they sold deluxe boxes and haven't sent out the reg. Box for November. Like I said before I'm giving it awhile then going to the bank and writing the bbb. I just this could have been resolved and I feel I could have been still a Gogogirlfriend but customer service is what made me make the choice to stop the service but I did pay for November an I do expect my free box..

Don't get me wrong I really enjoyed the Gogogirlfriend box but they are on Facebook doing giveaways while I'm still waiting on my November box that just don't seem right. They said they are behind because of the two holidays in November. I knew when I'm being put off and they must have ran out of samples. I came up here to see if anyone received the November box thank your lucky stars lol.. As I am still awaiting the November box. Sad:(

I'm still waiting on my November box.. I agree with you about customer service. I have asked for a number to call them to fix this issue and was told it's better to email. I will give them two more weeks before going to the bank for fraud charges. They said the box was free with the service but everyone knows that's why we have the service.
