Looking for a 20-something roommate (male or female) for a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in Rosslyn. Move-in date is September 1, 2009 -- you may be able to begin moving in 1 or 2 days prior.

The Place:
The apartment is spacious (1500 sq. ft.) and the room available to rent is approximately 14 x 13 feet in size, 13 foot (or so) ceilings, and a private balcony. The apartment also includes a large patio, which is great for summer gatherings, with a pool-side view (clutch). Pictures to come soon.

The apartment complex is called London House. It is located at 1001 Wilson Boulevard - conveniently located 2 blocks from the Rosslyn Metro Station (Orange and Blue lines) and a 10-15 minute walk to Georgetown via the Key Bridge. The complex has a pool, exercise room, and a spectacular DC rooftop view. A Safeway is located a 5-10 minute walk up Wilson Blvd., while a Gold's Gym/Chipotle/Starbux/Cosi/ and the Vamoose bus pick-up to NYC are within walking distance (~5 minute walk).

Rent: Approximately $850-iche per month, which includes all utilities and cable / internet. One-time fees: $30+ application fee and ~$40 amenity fee. Additionally, reserved parking spaces are available at $110 per month. All-in, you will be around $850/month ($950 w/ parking).

We are two male mid-twenties professionals who work in DC. As mentioned, we are looking for a 20-something roommate who is neat, respectful, good-natured, and has a steady job.
