The song is Called 7days by 石川マ リー (Marie Ishikawa), the girl with short hair at 00:32 in the video. I have looked around the internet for the song but have only found the lyrics. My guess as to when you will be able to hear the whole song and download it is when she actually premiers it during one of the episodes of the show. That would make sense since she is an up and coming artist. Sadly, I wont get to see the show since I live in the U.S.
