first of all this is not property investment in the Bahamas. This is Bahia Brazil. If you are a white guy and you vacation there you will be the only white guy you see. Be advised just so you dont go there and get a shocker. Most of the advertisements, brochures etc. dont tell you that fact. It is a place for basically Black people.
